
Payment
A Normal condition is requiring the deposit for about 50 % from the total price and it is required at the time of your booking to confirm all your reservation. BUT WE ALSO ADVISE TO PLEASE PAY IN ADVANCE FOR FULL AMOUNT . And if then you just agreed to pay the deposit, The rest of your tour payment must be reach GTB TOURS INDONESIA no later than 30 days prior to the commenced of your tour. If for any reason your balance payment is not received by us by the due date, as set out above, we reserve the right to treat your booking as cancelled and apply the appropriate cancellation changes. An exception is valid for a special agreements you’ve made with our staff , for example : Payable on arrival date, or a week prior to departure and any kind of agreements that have been made with our staff’s .

Consumer Claims :
If you are unhappy about any aspect of the tour, please inform our local representative or agent immediately, who will do everything possible to resolve the problem on the spot, since it may prove difficult to take any effective action on your return. Booking arrangements :
All booking arrangements are to be made through our office GTB TOURS INDONESIA. A firm contract will exist between your self and GTB TOURS INDONESIA when your agent or our office issue our official confirmation of your booking following receipt of the deposit prescribed. The contract will be governed by and subject to the terms & conditions and the general information contained in this site. No variation of the tour conditions shall be of any effect unless made in writing and with the authority of GTB TOURS INDONESIA

Travel Insurance
WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU TAKE AN APPROPRIATE COVER AT THE TIME OF BOOKING YOUR HOLIDAY. SO PLEASE CONSULT WITH THE RELIABLE TRAVEL INSURANCE COMPANY. GTB TOURS INDONESIA does not include travel insurance, accident insurance or any sort of insurance on this tour.
Travel Documents :
Each person shall be responsible for obtaining the appropriate visa (s) and carry a valid passport at all times. All travelers to Indonesia must be in possession of passport valid at least six months after date of arrival. Please note that passport and visa requirements are not our responsibility or that of your agent.
Air Travel :
Participating carriers on these tours are Garuda Airlines, Lion air, Batavia Airlines, Mandala Airlines, Trigana Airlines, merpati Airlines, and other flight available for mentioned destination. However, it may at certain times be necessary to use the services of other airlines. No airline will incur responsibility or liability to any person named in the booking, aside from that liability as may be incurred as the carrier.
Baggage :
For all domestic economy baggage regulation limit check in luggage for each passenger to two bags/pieces. However, neither bag/piece may exceed a total dimension of 20kg each. We recommend you to take the necessary baggage during the trip. In case you have checked-out from the hotel, please pack your baggage and locked it to store at our office. We will take it back to you on your arrival from the trip.
Travel Accommodation :
GTB TOURS INDOENSIA is not itself a carrier or hotelier, not do we own aircraft, hotels, or coaches. The flights, coach journeys, other travel and hotel accommodation comprised in your tour are provided by reputable carries and hoteliers on their own conditions. It is important to note, therefore, that all bookings with GTB TOURS INDOENSIA are subject to the terms and conditions and limitations of liability imposed by airlines, coach operators, hoteliers and other service providers, including but not limited to car hire, restaurant operators, whose service we utilize, some of which limit or exclude liability in respect of death, personal injury, delay and loss or damage to baggage.
Our Responsibility :
GTB TOURS INDONESIA always do our best to make sure your tour arrangements are satisfactory and we accept liability for, but only to the extent of, any loss or damage sustained by you as a result of our negligence or that of our employees or agents. However, we can not accept any liability of whatever nature for the acts, omissions or default, whether negligent or otherwise, of those airlines, coach operators, hoteliers, or other persons providing service in connection with your holiday pursuant to a contract between themselves and yourself (which may be evidenced in writing by the issue of a ticket , voucher, coupon or the like) and over whom we have no direct and exclusive control. We do not accept any liability in contract or in tort (actionable wrong) for any injury, damage, loss, delay, additional expenses or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by force majeure or other events which are beyond our control or which are not preventable by reasonable diligence on our part, including but not limit to war, civil disturbance, fire, floods, unusually severe weather, acts of God, acts of government or of any authorities, accidents to or failure of machinery or equipment of industrial action (whether or not involving our employees, and even though such action may be settled by acceding to the demands of a labor group).
